By completing and submitting this online form, you have lodged the required form with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) Dispute Resolution Service. On completion of this form, the SCSI will raise as part of the agreement with FHS an invoice for the administration fee, please note that a separate fee is payable to the Expert Registered Valuer.

Detailed information regarding the appointment and Expert Registered Valuer process has been agreed by the SCSI, FHS and the members of the SCSI Registered Valuer FHS panel.
