This role would suit someone who has recently achieved their Chartership (MSCSI/MRICS) or already enrolled on the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) of the SCSI

Any successful candidate be responsible for taking control of their own projects, as well as working with the senior members of the office. The successful candidate will undertake a spilt of report and project type work.

The role and duties of the successful candidate will be as follows:

• Building Condition Surveys (Pre-Acquisition / Building Investment Funds / Schedules of Condition)

• Design and specification

• Dilapidations

• Defect inspections and reports

• Measured Surveys

• Feasibility Studies

Structured training, in line with the APC competencies will be provided (if required) by an APC assessor ensuring the successful candidate gets the training and experience necessary to sit the APC and become a Chartered Building Surveyor.
