The Role

Exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to elevate themselves into the next step in their career.

Working as part of an international company, the successful candidate will be a key member of the Property Management team while building a relationship with our Headquarters in Paris and other offices within the BNPPRE network.

Key Deliverables:

• Providing prompt and effective high quality Building Consultancy services to the Workspace Solutions & Strategic Design Consultancy division on project management work, building evaluations, space audits and feasibility studies.

• Assisting the team with building surveys, schedule of conditions reports and dilapidation reports for lease agreements, cost planning and due diligence reviews.

• Working with the Director on planning audit reviews, energy audits, capital works analysis reports for sinking funds and life cycle analysis as appropriate.

• Familiarise yourself with the systems and propose more efficient software/systems for better execution.

• Be a leading stakeholder in implementation and vision of our ESG initiatives and requirements.

The Role Requirements

Person specification

Qualifications:

• Degree level qualification, BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or similar is a pre-requisite. Applications from candidates who are chartered (RICS/SCSI) are preferred, although not an essential requirement.

• PSRA licence is essential

• Clean driving licence

Experience / Skills:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years proven experience working in a similar role.

• Capable of working to tight deadlines and under own initiative

• Proven ability of being able to work independently and to show initiative, drive, and integrity, as well as work effectively as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

• Strong client focus is a must to excel.

• Strong attention to detail particularly in the written word with the ability to distill information and produce accurate presentation materials utilising Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Ability to communicate and integrate effectively at all levels of the organisation.

• Willingness to travel internationally on an ad hoc basis.
