Building Inspector/ Surveyor (Full Time/Part Time)
The Role
We have a highly skilled team of Building Surveyor/ Inspectors that provide professional advice on all aspects of property and construction. The Building Survey team are responsible completing Stock condition Surveys in line with contractual needs of our client, with occasional cover for carrying out warranty risk assessments on new build properties. You will ensure that properties meet Building Regulations and Housing (standards for rental houses) Regulations 2019. The successful candidate will be a brand ambassador for Global Home Warranties Ltd. More detailed information on the role and responsibilities can be found on the Job Description.
The Individual
- In order to be shortlisted you must demonstrate on CV that you hold a Building Surveyor, Structural/Civil Engineer, or Architect with recognised University degree to NFQ Level 8/EQF Level 6 or an equivalent.
- It is essential that you have experience of surveying private residential properties.
- To be shortlisted you must detail that you have a working knowledge of the current Building and Housing (standards for rental houses) Regulations 2019 and other relevant housing regulations.
- The role requires the individual to have excellent oral and written communication skills. Full drivers licence is essential.

Duration
This is a 2 year fixed term role with a possible extension of contract at the end of the 2 year period. Further details will be discussed at interview.
Location
Candidates will be working remotely in South Dublin. Ideally you will be located within Dublin or the surrounding counties as the role will require you to meet with clients within the South Dublin area.
