The Role Due to continued growth we are looking to hire a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our Dublin team. The main focus for this role will be the preparation and administration of the BCAR process while assisting in the development of the Project Management service for our Dublin office in conjunction with our Building Surveyors and Cost Management team.
Responsibilities
- Essential to be multi skilled with experience in Project Management & Contract Administration.
- A proven track record of acting as an Assigned Certifier and administering the BCAR process from submitting Notices and carrying out inspections to issuing the Certificate of Compliance.
- Provide excellent client care
- Support Partners in the delivery of client growth plans and line management of graduate/apprentice surveyors
