Job Description

• General Practice Chartered Surveyor involved in commercial agency and professional services
• Ensure all instructions are conducted in accordance with best practice and meet all statutory requirements i.e. money laundering, BER, PSRA documentation
• Conduct initial inspection, formulate and write marketing and disposal strategies
• Implement instruction and marketing strategy
• Report instruction progress to clients
• Prepare adverts, press releases and ongoing marketing initiatives and online marketing management
• Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and purchasers
• Deliver a best in class, industry leading level of performance in the sale and leasing of retail and commercial properties from conception to conclusion including the negotiation of transactions
• Assist the development of business
• Acquire new and prospective clients whilst strengthening the brand and image
• Manage existing clients allocated to you
• Work to create cross-departmental selling opportunities
• Improve the department’s internal process management by assisting in the development, streamlining and standardisations (where appropriate) of recurring work practices
• Supervise, manage and participate (as directed/appropriate) in pitches and business development presentations
• Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders and potential clients
• Managing the day-to-day operation of the relevant areas of the department aligned to your role but noting broader participation also required
• Observe internal processes and procedures ensuring compliance
• Undertake Red Book valuations and portfolio valuations for secured lending / financial reporting purposes
• Prepare valuation reports on all property types in the Munster area
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest professional standard in the context of the applicable external and internal requirements
• Maintain and build client relations to expand on existing and new business and relationships
• Liaise with Directors and members of your team to reach assigned targets

Job Requirements
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The ideal candidate will have:
• Membership with the SCSI/RICS and hold a valid PSRA licence
• Personal drive and determination
• Leading by example; putting in the hard work and making things happen; doing what is necessary to win the business – identifying issues and creating solutions
• Being able to generate work through existing and proposed contacts and relationships
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to be used to interact effectively with colleagues and clients
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on complex transactions and assignments
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time and assist the team in meeting deadlines.
• Strong verbal and numerical skills and be comfortable with report writing
• Client-service driven and consistently demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism
