The positions which will based in our Limerick office include:

(a) Agency  – The main responsibilities will include the sale and leasing of all types of commercial property in Limerick, Clare, Tipperary, Cork etc.

(b) Professional Services – The main responsibilities will include Valuation engagements, negotiations, inspections on all types of commercial property & land;

• To actively promote and develop the business.

• Providing assistance in the Professional Development of Junior or Graduate Surveyors in the Team

• Assisting in research and market intelligence[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Qualifications and experience

• Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience working as an Agent and/or Valuer in a commercial real estate practice;

• Proven experience of undertaking agency negotiations and preparing valuations and reports;

• Full clean driving licence;

Skills:

• Possess strong technical skills and be proficient in the use of the Microsoft package including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and communications skills.
