We are currently seeking a number of general practice surveyors to join our growing team of commercial property professionals. A background in Valuations, Agency and Asset Consultancy would be an advantage but not essential. You will work on a wide range of professional and agency services, including asset consultancy, loan security valuations, loan book valuations, sales and leasing, rent reviews, rating and general lease advisory services.

• Qualifications and experience
• We are seeking a minimum of 2-3 years post-qualification experience working in commercial real estate ideally, but this is not essential;
• Proven experience of undertaking written reports for clients;
• Full clean driving licence;

Skills: Have you excellent written and communications skills? Do you possess strong technical skills and are proficient in the use of the Microsoft package including Word, Powerpoint and Excel?
