Due to the continued growth of our department Colliers is looking for an enthusiastic Chartered Surveyor / Senior Surveyor and/or Associate Director valuation surveyors to join the growing Advisory Services/ Valuation team in Dublin.

One available position will focus on trading asset valuations in conjunction with the Head of Hotels and Leisure. Our Valuation Team provides a fast and efficient service that can be tailored to the needs of individual clients. All valuations are market-based and carefully researched, and provide an accurate assessment of current values and informed forecasts. Job Requirements

  • To undertake Red Book valuations of various property types and locations throughout Ireland.
  • To undertake a variety of Loan Security, Institutional and Corporate Valuations Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant and an ability to undertake rent reviews, lease renewals and commercial rating an advantage.
  • To assist and take responsibility for a team of junior and senior team members in the preparation of valuation projects and or portfolios
  • To liaise with clients, fund managers and asset managers on a regular basis
  • To undertake secured lending valuations and other one-off valuations when required in conjunction with other team members, to develop the Department’s existing and prospective client relationships
  • Attend presentations to clients when required. MSCSI/MRICS Qualified – Registered Valuer Highly numerate and proficient in MS Office packages and databases
  • A good knowledge of Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer and DCF modelling would be preferable
  • Good market knowledge required
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills
  • Full Driver’s License
