The Opportunity:
O’Dwyer Real Estate Management has been led by the founding CEO since 1987, who will now take up the role of Executive Director with responsibility for client relations. The company seeks to recruit a dynamic CEO to lead and execute the company’s future growth strategy.
The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the overall operation and management of the firm, tasked with setting the vision for the organisation and leading the design and implementation of its future strategy. They will set the direction and priorities for the firm, leading the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to monitor overall operational performance.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
Job Requirements

Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing business growth strategies with proven leadership and people management skills. Extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, having held senior/executive level roles in the sector.
