Asset Management & Strategy

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance value
• Identify opportunities for leasing, redevelopment, and disposal
• Support acquisitions and disposals including due diligence processes

Property Operations

• Oversee lease administration and tenant compliance
• Manage maintenance programmes and site inspections
• Handle tenant queries and landlord consents

Financial & Reporting

• Manage rent and service charge collection
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets
• Lead quarterly reporting and valuation processes

ESG & Sustainability

• Drive ESG data collection, monitoring, and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve sustainability performance
• Ensure compliance with ESG regulations and best practices

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and develop FM teams and building managers
• Manage contractors and supplier relationships
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• A degree in Estate Management, Property Economics or equivalent, and a Property Services Regulatory Authority license is essential (or eligibility for PSRA licence) – D Licence,
• SCSI/RICS qualified,
• 4 years relevant experience
• A full clean driver’s license and use of their own car,
