Role Responsibilities:

• Preparing tender and contract documents
• Delivering accurate cost estimates and overseeing project expenses
• Assessing, negotiating, and managing contracts, changes, and variations
• Supporting the development of cost plans and cash flow projections
• Acting as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and design teams
• Assisting in the preparation of progress reports
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior quantity surveyors

• A third level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a construction related degree
• 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Some Estimating experience is desirable

• Salary of up to €95,000 + comprehensive benefits package
