·         Lead or support BCAR duties across residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects

·         Provide Technical Advisor services including technical due diligence, project monitoring, construction advice and certification

·         Prepare and manage DAC applications and advise design teams on Part M compliance

·         Deliver PSDP services, including Safety & Health Plans and Safety Files

·         Contribute to a collaborative, supportive technical team that values excellence and good decision‑making

·         Qualified Architect, Engineer, Building Surveyor or Architectural Technologist

·         Registration with RIAI, Engineers Ireland or SCSI is an advantage

·         Strong working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and BCAR 2014
