• Collaborate with a dedicated team of Estate Agents, Valuers, and Administrators

• Manage residential property valuations and sales across Cork

• Provide expert client guidance with professionalism and care

• Secure new instructions and oversee the full sales lifecycle

• Prepare marketing content and manage advertising campaigns

• Liaise with clients, solicitors, developers, and other key stakeholders

• Work towards and achieve specific performance targets

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, maintaining our high standard of service

• Degree-qualified in a property-related discipline (preferred)

• Holder of a valid PSRA Licence

• 2–5 years’ experience in a similar residential sales role

• Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Client-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Committed to continuous professional development

• Full clean driving licence and own vehicle essential
