Experienced Estate Agent
Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with a dedicated team of Estate Agents, Valuers, and Administrators

Manage residential property valuations and sales across Cork
-
Provide expert client guidance with professionalism and care
-
Secure new instructions and oversee the full sales lifecycle

Prepare marketing content and manage advertising campaigns
-
Liaise with clients, solicitors, developers, and other key stakeholders
-
Work towards and achieve specific performance targets
-
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, maintaining our high standard of service
Job Requirements (including qualification & experience)
-
Degree-qualified in a property-related discipline (preferred)
-
Holder of a valid PSRA Licence
-
2–5 years’ experience in a similar residential sales role
-
Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
-
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Client-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude
-
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-
Committed to continuous professional development
-
Full clean driving licence and own vehicle essential
