Job Description

Ideally, the candidate will have a proven ability and a positive track record in residential sales with a minimum of one to two years’ experience. This is a full-time position offering an excellent remuneration package and a rewarding career for the successful candidate.
The Role will include but not be limited to:
• Proactively managing a portfolio of properties.
• Winning instructions and targeting new business opportunities.
• Work as an effective team member, assisting others, as necessary.

Job Requirements
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Candidate must possess the following requirements:
• Current PSRA Licence.
• Excellent communication & people skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new CRM systems (experience of Reapit an advantage).
• Own a car with a full clean driving licence.
• Be able to work on own initiative & develop new business.
