Job Description
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Experienced Sales Negotiator required to join our expanding network of offices in North County Dublin. Ideally, the candidate will have proven ability and a positive track record across the property spectrum, with a particular emphasis on residential sales / lettings / management. This is a full time position and the candidate will be required to work evenings and Saturdays as and when required. This is an exciting opportunity to forge a new career path, whilst generating new business. The Role will include but not be limited to: • Proactively managing a portfolio of properties.
• Winning instructions and targeting new business opportunities.
• Work as an effective team member, assisting others, as necessary.
• Create a positive customer experience and manage all enquiries in a professional manner.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
Job Requirements
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Candidate must possess the following requirements:
• Current PSRA Licence.
• Excellent communication & people skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new CRM systems.
• Own a car with a full clean driving licence.
• Be able to work on own initiative & develop new business.
• Be fluent in written & oral English.
