Job Responsibilities

Residential

  • Manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day activities in the building / properties
  • Managing work orders / co ordinating and documenting all.
  • RTB registrations / assisting with rent reviews / administrative duties
  • Tendering out service and utilities contracts annually and setting up service level agreements
  •  Monitor, check and implementing a high service is delivered by sub-contractors
  • Reviewing, managing and engaging specialist contractors and suppliers.
  • Carry out safety and quality duties and action items arising from Audits / Inspection Reports.
  • Use of company acquaint software and file storage for reporting and recording purposes.
  •  Bi annually property inspections
  • Creating adverts on the relevant sites for advertising / coordinating viewings /coordinating turnaround of properties
  • Ad Hoc Duties
  • Ongoing Site Inspections
  • Facility Management, Building Maintenance and Contract Management Skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
  • Experience with project management and budgeting desired
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Requirements (including qualification & experience)

  • Minimum 5 years experience working as a Facilities coordinator / Manager, or it might suit someone from an administration or banking role and would like to adapt their skills.
  • Diploma in property / facilities management or equivalent in work experience /a member of the SCSI or equivalent preferred
  •  IT experience and familiarity with systems
  • Experience desirable for knowledges of electrical, mechanical, energy, H&S and fire compliance
  •  People management experience.
  • Hard working honest individual
  • A general interest in property.
  • A full clean driving licence

We retain developments which we hold to lease in which we manage in house, and this is where you will be part of the property management team. We manage the individual units and the common areas of multi unit developments. You will be working for the once client.  All the properties are Dublin based.
