Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate the quarterly valuations process, including liaising with external valuers.
  • Analysis of valuation portfolio data to enable quarterly reporting.
  • Ability to prepare investment and development appraisals and refurbishment options for various projects.
  • Ability to update quarterly
    Fund cashflows, including Fund projections and assumptions.
  • Maintain an up to date transaction database and analyse market trends.
  • Updating quarterly valuation and performance reports and presentations.
  • Work with Head of Fund Management, when required on key investor reports, Fund reporting and general market research.
  • Contribute to the annual preparation of the financial elements of property
    business plans and evaluation of asset performance.

Personal Profile

  • Honours third level qualification in real estate or related discipline.
  • Chartered Surveyor having
    completed the valuation pathway.
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Results focused with
    strong attention to detail
    and accuracy of work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to tight deadlines.
  • High level problem solving and investment analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Pro-active with experience
    working on own initiative in a
    busy working environment.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Argus, MS Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Effective team player.
