To join and augment our expanding team, we are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor* to complete a variety of residential and commercial inspections and Reports including pre-purchase Building Surveys, new build Snagging, Defect analysis, Compliance Certification, Schedules of Condition/Dilapidation etc.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The successful candidate will be a recently qualified graduate holding an appropriate degree capable of allowing access to the chartered membership route of the SCSI/RICS and/or entry onto the Statutory Register of Building Surveyors.

Previous experience is not essential as training will be provided; however, any relevant experience or work placement will be considered.

Candidates should:

• Be willing to work toward chartered and registered status, under guidance.
• Have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly on the job.
• Be willing to work as a member of our team undertaking all necessary tasks assigned by Management.
• Have good organisation and time management skills.
• Hold a full driving license and have access to their own transport.

* The professional title Building Surveyor is protected under the Building Control Act 2007. Only those persons who are registered can use the title in connection with their professional work or role.
