[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We are seeking a candidate with a property degree, either recently graduated or with up to 5 years post qualification experience, wishing to combine property skills with an aptitude and interest in land and agriculture.

The position shall involve:

• Site searching for telecommunications sites for client companies on a regional or national basis
• Assessing development plans and geo tools to identify suitable sites for development
• Negotiating leases and licences with landowners
• Reporting to a project management team on a weekly basis
• Writing options reports and planning reports
• Negotiating Heads of Terms on candidate options
• Instructing legal teams on the preparation on lease/licence agreements
• Concluding options with legals
• The positon may incorporate property sales and marketing function
• The position may involve the preparation of planning applications or the supporing of planning consultants in the preparation of planning applications

• An interest in property/land/infrastructure
• Demonstrate a willingess to learn and develop professionallly
• Full driving licence and a willingness to travel regioanlly/nationally 1 -2 days per week

• The ideal candidate will have an interest an land, in infrastructure, in planning and may be best aligned to the rural group within the SCSI, the planning and development or geomatics divisions of the Society.
