Responsibilities include:

• To assist team members in providing professional and valuation advice to clients.
• To gain overall knowledge of the property market and obtain APC qualification.
• Gain overall understanding of the dynamics of the property market and the interaction of the various divisions within TWM.
• Demonstrate a clear commitment to CPD, e.g. attendance at relevant external and internal events.
• Represent TWM values at all times.
• Gain knowledge and proficiency in core skills areas of IT, time management, report writing and negotiation skills, property inspection and measurement.
• Assist in research and market intelligence activities and maintain databases.
• Become proficient in the use of financial modelling packages, such as Excel and Argus.

• Minimum of 1-2 years post-grad experience in a Valuations, Professional Services or Agency role.
• Excellent IT and analytical skills. Attention to detail and numeracy a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to see the bigger picture and identify opportunities to work with Professional Services and other Agency colleagues.
• BSc Property Degree preferred
• Working towards SCSI / RICS accreditation.
