The ideal candidate will demonstrate good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, with a proactive can-do approach ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial and residential property management

• Residential tenancy management for private landlords

• Assist with commercial letting instructions

• Dealing with client’s and tenant’s queries and requests on a daily basis

• Administration of client instructions, lease and management information

• Assist with office, sales and letting marketing campaigns

• Interfacing with in-house accounts team and external contractors and service providers

• Assist with potential developments, completion of market research, appraisal analysis and presentations.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

• Ideal candidate should have a relevant under-graduate or post graduate degree in property

• Must have relevant PSRA C & D licence

• 1-2 years industry experience (not essential)

• A pro-active attitude, including a flexible approach to the demands of the role

• Excellent PC skills and use in particular of MS word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent organisation, communication and people skills

• Access to own vehicle and full clean driving licence

• Show leadership and initiative.
