• Degree in Property Economics, Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint and general IT Skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ambitious, proactive and eager to learn

Desirable:

• Working towards (or interest in pursuing) professional accreditation (SCSI/RICS)
• Previous internship or work experience in real estate desirable but not essential
