Current or recent experience in a similar commercial practice would be an advantage. The role will involve assisting Chartered Surveyors and Directors on property inspections and measured surveys, researching and analysing comparable information, reviewing lease agreements, drafting reports and valuations and inputting comparable transactions into a database.
