They will provide high-level oversight to the Director of Asset Management & Property Services and the Executive Management Team, particularly in the area of statutory compliance and financial planning and reporting; and ensure that there are appropriate procedures in place to manage, execute, report, and track all reactive, cyclical and planned (including capital works) maintenance delivered by the Asset Management & Property Services Department.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, the post holder will need to be a dynamic and adaptable individual with strong leadership skills and an ability to develop an intimate knowledge of the operation of the Regional Asset Management Teams and roll out new initiatives to improve reporting and oversight.

The ideal candidate will be a can-do person with great problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. They will be a detailed-oriented, innovative and organised leader who can manage the continued growth of CHI and establish themselves as a point of escalation for the Regional Asset Managers.
