Role Description: Full-time role for a Building Surveyor with between 1-5 years experience, and the chance to join a growing team at one of Ireland’s leading property companies. This role would be ideal for someone looking to commence, or complete their APC. You will be working as part of a growing multi-disciplinary team, undertaking building condition surveys, defects analysis, contract administration and project management duties, and dilapidations assessments. The role also involves providing reasoned, technical advice and support to clients in the commercial property sector.

Qualifications:

Relevant degree in Building Surveying or related field, and/or relevant industry experience.

Experience in commercial building surveying, technology, project/construction management, design Ideally have previous experience with clients, presentation and report writing. The ideal candidate would have AutoCAD skills and be comfortable with measuring and preparing plans and drawings.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Organizational and time-management skills.

A keen interest in learning and willingness to progress to APC level Be IT literate with a minimum of Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Powerpoint.

Ideally have experience. or a keen interest in the area of Energy renovation & upgrading.
