Job Description

  • Overall responsibility for managing the estate management business.
  • Reporting to the Managing Director.
  • Managing the team of financial, property management and caretaker staff.
  • Financial management of Portfolio.
  • Oversight of all OMC activity.
  • New business development.
  • Management of own portfolio of OMC’s.
  • Ensuring that best practice management is being implemented across all estates.
  • Ensuring that best practice CSR and sustainability measures are being implemented across all estates.
  • Oversight of preparation of Annual Budgets and AGM’s.
  • Arranging tenders & ensuring best practice and cost efficiencies in all expenditure.

Job Requirements

  • 5 plus years’ experience is essential.
  • Good knowledge of MUD Act essential.
  • Excellent communicator, organised and articulate with full knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • The successful candidate will be degree qualified with proven management experience within the property industry.
  • Full Clean driver’s license along with use of own car.
  • PSRA License D holder.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection.
  • CV to demonstrate success in customer service, problem solving, multi-tasking communications and organisation skills.
