Key Requirements

• MSCSI MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer
• Experience with rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations
• Experience in undertaking Red Book compliant valuations and reports
• A solid understanding of income driven investment valuations and development appraisals
• Excellent communication and reporting skills with great attention to detail
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Argus Enterprise and Developer
