Job duties/ The Role:
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Management Team, the Head of Clinical Governance & Therapeutic Services plays a pivotal role in achieving the Clinical and Therapeutic Services objectives from the Dublin Simon Community Rolling Strategic Plan, 2022-2026 and beyond.
The Head of Clinical Governance & Therapeutic Services will lead, develop and direct the implementation of all the Detox Unit, Step-up-Step-down Unit, Blood Born Virus Unit, Primary Care Nursing, Addiction Recovery, Aftercare, Mental Health and Counselling services under the Treatment Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of service operations, staff management, relationship management, change management, and systems and processes operating to quality standards with a view to creating positive outcomes for those experiencing homelessness.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of communication, people and leadership skills together with experience of strategic planning, advocacy, financial and operational management.
This role requires a leader who will collaborate and build strategic partnerships, demonstrating tenacity and a commitment to client centered care, and will be credible with the Executive Management Team and key partners e.g. Local Authorities, Health Service Executive and funders.
Dublin Simon Community seeks an inspirational, passionate and compassionate leader to join the Executive Leadership Team who embodies dignity in provision of services to people experiencing homelessness who access clinical and therapeutic service.
