Carlin Kehoe is an ambitious construction advisory practice based in Wicklow Town. The practice has extensive experience working across a variety of project types and scale, provide a range of services and have a secured pipeline of work both in Ireland and abroad.

The role holder will undertake quantity surveying duties independently whilst reporting to a Director in the delivery of their projects. They should be capable of delivering on the following responsibilities across public and private projects:

1. Preparation of development budgets and feasibility appraisals.
2. Cost planning.
3. Implementation of value engineering.
4. Preparation of tender documentation including bills of quantities.
5. Analysis of tender returns.
6. Preparation of contract documents and administration of contract.
7. Preparing financial cost reports.
8. Preparing payment recommendations.
9. Agreement of change/variation costs.
10. Implementation and improvement of the quality management system.
11. Managing support staff and keeping colleagues informed.

The role holder should have the following skills and attributes:

1. BSc in Construction Economics and Management (Quantity Surveying).
2. Chartered or progressing toward chartership.
   5 to 10 years PQE.
3. Have experience in the Irish Construction Industry at a similar level for minimum 5 years.
4. Ability to work proactively with an open communication style.
5. Structured and organised.
   Technically proficient.
6. Growth mindset.
7. Client facing.
