A high level of attention to detail, organisational skills with the ability to make (incl. aiding the team to make) tight deadlines, good inter-personal / communication skills and relevant I.T. skills will be required. MLQ put great emphasis on building and maintaining strong Team and Client relationships.

The successful candidate will need to be an active team player with the confidence to represent MLQ in a professional and friendly manner. • BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying

• SCSI RICS Chartered

• Relevant work experience (preferably 3+ years in PQS practice)

• Experience of delivering construction projects under the Public Works Contract

• Registered or eligible to be registered under the provisions of the Building Control Act 2007

• Working knowledge of Buildsoft Cubit and/or Cost X

• Full clean driving licence
