Junior Asset Manager / Graduate Surveyor
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio
• Support asset management strategies to enhance value and performance
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
• Liaise with property managers, tenants, and external advisors
• Assist with acquisitions, disposals, and leasing activities
• Monitor market trends and contribute to strategic decision-making
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
Job Requirements
• Degree in Property Economics, Real Estate, Surveying, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel /Word/PowerPoint and general IT skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn
Desirable
• Working towards (or interest in pursuing) professional accreditation (e.g., SCSI/RICS)
• Previous internship or work experience in real estate desirable but not essential.
