Duties & Key Responsibilities:

    • Build strong knowledge of the properties in the fund and fostering good tenant relations and communication
    • Assist the team in reaching rent collection targets
    • Negotiate leases, rent reviews, and lease re-gears / renewals to enhance commercial value and Landlord and Tenant relations
    • Produce property level cashflow forecasts
    • Instruct and liaise with third-party service providers and hold them to account
    • Plan and manage the portfolio of assets in a sustainable and cost-effective manner and in line with Aviva’s strong ESG policies
    • Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements
    • Maintain appropriate operating expenditure ratios for the properties under your management
    • Upload and review supplier payments and provisions on Yardi

Skills & Experience Required:

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

    • A Degree in a Property related course
    • Hold a membership of appropriate professional body e.g., Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland
    • Chartered or on the path to acquiring your APC
    • Previous asset management experience in commercial real estate
    • Strong knowledge of the Irish property market
    • Ability to work with a wide range of services and professionals to develop, plan and implement policies and strategies
    • Successful budget management, monitoring, and control experience
    • Good knowledge of Irish Landlord and Tenant legislation and regulation relating to the management of property assets
    • Knowledge of Yardi is an advantage
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Ability to work on your own initiative, within the delegated authorities
    • Team player
