This Junior Quantity Surveyor role in Citywest, Dublin is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a growing residential developer. This permanent position allows you to develop your skills on a major residential project that will last over two years.

Role Responsibilities:

• Preparing precise cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Assisting in drafting contract documents
• Helping to manage budgets and track variations
• Monitoring project expenses and providing financial updates
• Generating cash flow forecasts and reconciliations
• Conducting site visits and verifying measurements

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
• 1 year of experience on site, preferably in residential developments or with a Main Contractor
• A driver’s license

• Salary up to €50,000 + benefits including company vehicle & fuel card, pension, CPD + much more
