Membership Support Officer
The Opportunity

Reports To: Director of Practice and Policy
Term: Full Time & Permanent
Hours: Normal hours of work will be Monday – Friday, 9 am till 5.30 pm
Location: 38 Merrion Square, Dublin 2[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Build professional relationships with members to understand their key business priorities and utilise this knowledge to support the development of a work programme to enhance member engagement and recruitment strategies
- Provide prompt and professional advice and guidance to SCSI members on practice & technical queries, including liaison with relevant committees
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting members and support the development of guidance
- Provide support to the policy and research department during the development of policy positions and research / reports
- Support the delivery and administration of services through our membership benefits, education, and events departments
- Contribute relevant updates to member communications
- Dealing with member day-to-day practice queries
- Administration of member data including CRM, survey design and analysis etc
- Day to Day office administration, data entry as required.
- Other ad hoc duties, as assigned

Requirements:
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=”customBullets”]• Relevant qualification in a similar field
• Strong working knowledge of property, land and construction
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Good self-management and organisational skills
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience using Excel (PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
• Experience in a customer focussed environment, preferably in a membership organisation
• Experience in the construction, land and property sectors desirable, but not essential[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
