Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a New Homes Negotiator to join our New Homes department. This role offers an excellent platform for an ambitious and competent agent to expand their career working within a highly motivated team representing some of the country’s largest and best developers.
- The successful candidate will be given the responsibility of assisting directly with the marketing and sales of new homes for a variety of clients, with scope to build their own relationships and connections in the industry.
- It is essential that the applicant have a full clean driver’s licence and will be required to be flexible for weekend work.
- Supervise the efficient administration of all procedures in the pre and post sales processes.
- Manage a high volume of enquiries Identify and register potential buyers, secure and conduct viewings in person.
- Follow up viewings and secure sales, maintain a good relationship with applicants to generate future sales.
- Exceptional reporting skills to senior and client level.
- Assist in the preparation of client pitches and presentations.
- Perform other tasks delegated by management as required.
- Build and maintain trust with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage regular client reporting across multiple assignments, acting as client’s single point of contact.
Job Requirements
• PSRA Licence.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role (New Homes experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate an ability to work in a sales driven environment.
• Knowledge of Help to Buy and First Home Schemes.
• Experience of using a CRM preferable but not essential.
• An organised and methodical approach with an ability to prioritise workload.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Impeccable standards in customer care.
• Team player with a resilient, positive and friendly attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
