Job Requirements (including qualification & experience)
- PSRA License
- Min 1-2 years previous experience in similar role
- Full clean driving license
- Proficient in MS office packages; Excel, Word and Outlook in particular
- Understanding of Mailchimp and social media platforms is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail
Understanding of the new homes plans / site maps – ability to read, review and analyse site plans and house plans offering imput to improving layouts / product offering
