Education / Qualifications PSRA D Licence - Essential Third level qualification in property field - Desirable ECDL or similar, proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel - Essential Valid Drivers Licence - Essential Knowledge / Skills Specialist role related knowledge of the Multi-Unit Developments (MUD) Act 2011, Companies Act 2014, Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 and GDPR - Essential Knowledge of OMC processes - Essential Contract Management experience including complex insurance claims and building defects. - Essential Director requirements and obligations - Essential Good understanding of budgets, accounts and sinking funds - Essential Have good attention to detail and able to prioritise - Essential Have good organisational and problem solving skills to help scope action plans - Essential Experience 3 years plus experience of working with OMCs/ Managing Agents - Essential Acting as Director of an OMC - Desirable Involved with building defects programmes - Desirable Experience of AGMs/EGMs - Essential Experience working in the social housing sector - Desirable
