Job Description

- Reporting to the Headteacher and the Board of Trustees
- Property and Estate Management
- Finance
- Administration
- Marketing and Admissions
- Fundraising and Development – specifically making grant applications
- Designated Health and Safety Lead

Job Requirements
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Skills Required
• A property or finance related qualification (e.g. Assoc or MRICS/SCS Ireland or an accounting or finance qualification with experience of a heritage property background)
• An ability to think freely and provide ideas to new problems
• An ability to manage staff, contractors and donors
• A capability of generating your own workload
• Interpersonal and service skills of the highest order
• Strong organisational capability and first-rate attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT literacy
• The ability to work quickly & efficiently to meet deadlines
• A friendly & personable nature & be a keen team player
• A full and clean driving licence
