Job Description

The School Operations and Property Manager is responsible for the following functions:

  • Reporting to the Headteacher and the Board of Trustees
  • Property and Estate Management
  • Finance
  • Administration
  • Marketing and Admissions
  • Fundraising and Development – specifically making grant applications
  • Designated Health and Safety Lead

Job Requirements

Skills Required

• A property or finance related qualification (e.g. Assoc or MRICS/SCS Ireland or an accounting or finance qualification with experience of a heritage property background)

• An ability to think freely and provide ideas to new problems

• An ability to manage staff, contractors and donors

• A capability of generating your own workload

• Interpersonal and service skills of the highest order

• Strong organisational capability and first-rate attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Good IT literacy

• The ability to work quickly & efficiently to meet deadlines

• A friendly & personable nature & be a keen team player

• A full and clean driving licence
