The individual will need to demonstrate their ability/experience assisting in the management of sites/construction projects from a time scale, quality and commercial prospective. Familiarity with the Capital Works Management Framework would be of benefit but not essential. The successful candidate will initially be working under the supervision of a senior PM but will be expected to quickly take on lead roles on our current project workload and future projects. We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals who can demonstrate strong organisational skills and a pro-active attitude. Good reporting and communication skills, an ability to work in a team environment and computer literacy are essential.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
