 Role Responsibilities:

• Negotiating and finalising subcontractor and supplier agreements
• Preparing and reviewing monthly cost reports, ensuring accurate financial tracking and forecasting
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue maximization, while investigating and addressing potential losses
• Overseeing variations, including measurement, pricing, and negotiations with clients and subcontractors
• Advising on contractual matters to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
• Managing and processing contractual claims, maintaining accurate records and supporting dispute resolution
• Ensuring final accounts are closed efficiently, managing all financial aspects of project completion

• 3+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• A third level qualification in Quantity Surveying

• Salary of up to €75,000 + company vehicle and fuel included in the package
