Property Administrator-Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all invoices are approved & allocated to appropriate budget headings.
• Post purchase ledger invoices.
• Reconcile supplier accounts.
• Resolve supplier queries.
• Process electronic payments files.
• Monitor and maintain direct debit utility accounts.
• Review expenditure reports.
• Prepare recharges of relevant expenditure..
• Post tenant receipts
• Follow up on tenant queries.
• Issue tenant invoices and statements.
• Process rent transfers to the landlords.
• Assist with bank reconciliations.
• Prepare VAT reports.
• Assist in preparation of audit files & liaising with auditors.
• Assist with client monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Support for property management initiatives.
• General administration.
• RTB Registration.
• Utility transfer confirmation.
• Monthly rent arrears listing for PMs spreadsheet – to be a live document.
• Monthly Service charge arrears listing – to be a live document.
• Maintain Insurance tracker of all Commercial & Residential properties – Live document
• PSRA & LOE Tracker.

Skills & Experience

• SAGE/ QUBE/ Letman experience is required.
• 2-3 years experience in accounting function.
• Relevant Accounting qualification desirable (IATI).
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of certain tasks / processes.
• Highly organised and performance-driven individual, who can act on their own initiative.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong numerical and communication skill.
