Job Requirements
Reporting to the Chief Executive, and as a member of the Executive Management Team the post holder will have a key role in delivering our property services, asset management strategy and furthering our development ambitions. You will be passionate about creating great places for people to live and providing tenant centred services.
You should be able to demonstrate:
- A third level qualification in a building surveying, construction, engineering, or a relevant technical/building discipline and be able to demonstrate working at an equivalent level. – 3-5 years’ experience in a property asset management/ building surveying role.
- Experience of working in the Approved Housing Body / social housing sector is desirable
- Sound leadership, technical and financial management skills. – A commitment to delivering high standards of service.
Further Details
€60,000 – €65,000 per annum
Full Time, 36.5-hour working week (Monday – Friday)
24 days annual leave excluding office closures for public holidays Employer matched Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (up to 5% matched)
