Lansdowne Partnership is seeking a Property Management Accountant to join its property management team.
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for the Financial Management of the Estate Management Department
• Experience with managing a team and ensuring that all staff are delivering on their responsibilities.
• Monthly client reporting
• Reviewing and preparing bank reconciliations
• Preparing and posting monthly accruals
• Preparing and reviewing monthly budget v actual variance reports
• Ensuring the accuracy of service charge billings
• Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assisting with the preparation of service charge budgets
• Providing finance support to property managers
• Sinking Fund reconciliations
• Preparing audit files for Owners Management Companies on FRS2 basis and liaising with auditors
• Liaising with property managers, clients, tenants, auditors etc
• Company Secretarial Duties
• Reporting to Finance Director
