Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Financial Management of the OMC Management Companies.
  • Monthly/quarterly client reporting
  • Reviewing and preparing bank reconciliations
  •  Preparing and posting monthly accruals
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly budget v actual variance reports
  • Ensuring the accuracy of service charge billings
  • Accounts payable
  • Assisting property managers with the preparation of annual service charge budgets
  • Sinking Fund reconciliations
  • Preparing audit files for Owners Management Companies on FRS2 basis and liaising with auditors
  • Liaising with property managers, clients, tenants, auditors etc
  • Company Secretarial Duties
  • Reporting to Head of the department

Job Requirements (including qualification & experience)

  • Full time qualified or part qualified accountant with 3-5 years’ experience required
  • Previous experience working in Residential/Commercial Property Accounts desirable
  • Strong excel skills and knowledge of Blockman advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail essential
  • Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection
