Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Financial Management of the OMC Management Companies.
- Monthly/quarterly client reporting
- Reviewing and preparing bank reconciliations
- Preparing and posting monthly accruals
- Preparing and reviewing monthly budget v actual variance reports
- Ensuring the accuracy of service charge billings
- Accounts payable
- Assisting property managers with the preparation of annual service charge budgets
- Sinking Fund reconciliations
- Preparing audit files for Owners Management Companies on FRS2 basis and liaising with auditors
- Liaising with property managers, clients, tenants, auditors etc
- Company Secretarial Duties
- Reporting to Head of the department
Job Requirements (including qualification & experience)
- Full time qualified or part qualified accountant with 3-5 years’ experience required
- Previous experience working in Residential/Commercial Property Accounts desirable
- Strong excel skills and knowledge of Blockman advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail essential
- Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection
