[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We are seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accountant who will report into the Associate Director of Property Management.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities:

• Working with clients on ongoing accounts/reporting requirements
• Monitoring budgets and preparing reports of actual figures against budget for monthly and
quarterly reports
• Managing the monthly SPV management reporting and analysis
• Leading on the preparation of the annual budgets for the SPVs
• Preparing the Service Charge Budget versus Actual Reports
• Completing Service charge audits
• Managing the process for corporation tax compliance for the SPVs
• Reviewing bimonthly VAT and RCT returns for the SPVs
• Monitoring cash balances, reviewing payment instructions to ensure compliance with policies
• Managing the preparation of the SPVs statutory accounts and audit processes in both FRS 102
and IFRS.
• Getting involved in ad-hoc and value adding projects
• Additional Administrative/Support Company Secretarial duties
• Preparing and filling quarterly regulatory returns to Central Bank of Ireland[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]• ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification with 1-3 years PQE
• Direct Experience with SPV or Fund Accounting
• A Big 4 Background is preferred but not essential
• Experience within an Investment Manager/Asset Manager is highly preferred – especially with
Investment Property Assets
• Strong working knowledge of Irish GAAP and IFRS systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a tight-knit team[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
