HWBC is a leading independent Irish commercial property agency and consultancy. We are seeking to recruit to our Property Management team. We manage a mixed commercial real estate portfolio located nationwide but concentrated in Dublin. We act for leading national and international property owners and investors. Our portfolio of assets under management currently totals approximately 4.0m sq. ft. with a capital value of approximately €2.0Bn. Our business is growing and we are seeking to recruit to meet this demand.
Job Description:
• Overseeing, implementing and supporting the day-to-day operation and maintenance of properties under your management.
• Liaising with building managers, service providers, consultants and clients in respect of the properties operation and maintenance.
• Briefing, tendering and awarding contracts for services.
• Preparation of service charge budgets and presentation to clients and tenants.
• Periodic financial reviews and reporting of expenditure and rental income.
• Liaising with tenants on lease matters and rental payments.
• Overseeing the roll out of planned maintenance programmes and ESG initiatives to client properties.
• Exercising initiative to identify and secure value-add opportunities for client assets.
• Visiting and inspecting properties.
• Attending client meetings and meetings with property tenants.

Job Requirements
Applicants should have;
• Ideally, 2 years+ property management experience.
• Knowledge and experience of managing office, retail and other commercial use properties. Residential multi-unit development property management experienced will be considered.
• Good Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel.
• Sound interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and presentation.
• Ability to interpret and apply commercial leases.
• Experience of managing health & safety and fire risk audits and demonstrating initiative to introduce and develop ESG measures for managed properties.
• Organisational skills and disciplined to work autonomously on their portfolio.
