The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property management and hold a relevant PSRA license and be a member of the SCSI and/or RICS.

This is a client-facing role and the successful candidate should have good interpersonal skills.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Preferred experience includes, but is not limited to:

• Service charge budgeting & management

• Client reporting

• Tenant management

• Use of CRM software such as Qube, Blockman, Re-Leased or similar

• Property / site inspections and reporting

• Contractor management
