Job Details

The Property Surveyor is responsible for dealing with building surveying duties such as:

• Property inspections
• Defect analysis
• Stock condition surveys
• Procurement
• Contract management
• Fire safety assessments and energy management programmes.

• Full clean driving licence and use of a car for business purposes is required.
• Suitable candidates will have a 3rd level qualification (Level 7 NFQ or above) in Building Surveying, Construction Management or a similar Construction related qualification.
