• Providing guidance on contractual matters to ensure compliance and risk management
• Handling contractual claims and maintaining accurate records for dispute resolution
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and strategies to maximize revenue
• Supporting effective cash flow management throughout the project
• Negotiating prices and terms with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best value
• Ensuring timely closure of final accounts to complete financial obligations efficiently
• Compiling and analysing monthly cost reports for accurate financial tracking
• Preparing and managing subcontractor and supplier documentation to support procurement and contracts

• 3+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• A third level qualification in Quantity Surveying
• NEC experience

• Salary of up to €80,000
• 26 days holidays (28 days after 2 years)
